Our philosophy has been to train men and women in their home country how to communicate with their deaf community and how to teach them about Christ.  When the World Mission Society team leaves there are national workers in that country to carry on the work and  train others how to work with the deaf too.
            When we go to a new county we learn the Sign Language of that country and develop teaching tools for Sign Language in that national language.
              In the United States and Brazil this system has given birth to hundreds of deaf ministries in churches as well as deaf churches.
